Bees Everywhere!

I was walking from my shed back into the house a moment ago when I noticed the shadows of flying bugs on the patio. I closed the screen door, turned around, and saw bees. LOTS of bees...



They were only there for a few minutes before flying to the next yard... What were they doing?

    I left you a message (from my phone) but I'm not sure it "took."

    If you or your neighbors notice where these bees land, I know that an East Bay beekeeper would love to give them a home.

    I've caught several swarms this spring. You can read all about this on my blog.

    If you do figure out where they land, could you give me a call? Although this is freaky and impressive, bees are very docile when they swarm.

    Most likely looking for a new home. If you are lucky they will nest near by :-)

    Lisa & Robb~ I have no idea where the bees could've ended up... All the yards around here are fenced in like ours, and we're next to a highway, so I don't think I would've been able to easily locate them...
